DL welcomes arts centre plan

The Arts Council proposal to site a national performing arts centre in Dublin's docklands "has been welcomed by the Democratic Left arts spokeswoman, Ms Helen Labert. "The proposed development would provide a focal point for the arts on Dublin's north side and provide employment during its construction," she said.
