Two companies who bought a Tallaght deboning plant are in dispute over the distribution of the proceeds of its sale for £380,000. Hand Foods International Ltd, of Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, sought an interlocutory injunction in the High Court yesterday to restrain Hibernia Meats (Dublin) Ltd, of the same address, from dissipating the proceeds of the sale of the plant. The hearing was adjourned until Friday.
