Nicosia - Annual goodwill pilgrimages across the Cyprus divide have fallen foul of a simmering dispute over Turkish military advances on a Greek Cypriot hamlet, diplomats said yesterday.

Greek Cypriot officials have said they may not allow 800 Turkish Cypriots to cross into the south on August 8th, rendering a pilgrimage of 1,500 Greek Cypriots to the north on August 15th uncertain.
