Derry man on buggery charges

A 32 year old Derry man appeared in court in Derry yesterday on three charges of committing acts of buggery on a young boy. The defendant also faces three charges of indecently assaulting the boy and one charge of threatening to kill him. The offences are alleged to have taken place between June 1990, when the boy was aged three years, and June 1993.
