DUBAI - The deposed emir of Qatar flew to London yesterday, removing for a while at least a source of tension that has strained relations between the two Gulf Arab allies for six months. Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad al Thani left the United Arab Emirates' capital Abu Dhabi still determined to reclaim the Qatari throne from his son.
