The Department of Health has said it was satisfied there was no risk to consumers from a batch of Milumil Infant Milk, which last week was the subject of a public health warning. writes Kevin O'Sullivan.
Following its investigations and discussions with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland and the makers of Milumil, the Department believes it "may be used with confidence" and that "the product is subject at all stages of production to the most rigorous testing".
