PORT-AU-PRINCE - A Haitian drug company whose products have been blamed for the deaths at least 60 children in recent months has been closed. International health investigators said fever medications produced at Pharval contained diethylene glycol, an agent used to make anti freeze, which caused acute kidney failure in children.
