The Garda and the Health and Safety Authority have begun separate investigations into the death of a 41-year-old man in a building accident near Caherciveen, Co Kerry.
The father-of-two, who lived locally, was roofing a shed on a farm when he slipped and fell yesterday afternoon.
He was taken to Kerry General Hospital with head injuries but he was later pronounced dead.
