The former Fianna Fail TD and Senator Mr Flor Crowley died unexpectedly at his home in Bantry, Co Cork, yesterday.

The former Fianna Fail TD and Senator Mr Flor Crowley died unexpectedly at his home in Bantry, Co Cork, yesterday.

Mr Crowley, who was 62, was first elected to the Dail for MidCork in 1965 and for Cork SouthWest in 1969, 1973 and 1981. He was a senator from 1977-1981. He is survived by his wife, Sally, and six children, including the sitting Munster MEP Brian.
