A new-born baby girl has been found dead in Lisburn, Co Antrim. The body of the infant was discovered in a black plastic bag on a verge of the Ballygowan Road, Lisburn, at 3.30 p.m. yesterday by a man walking his dog. The RUC has appealed to the mother of the child to come forward.
