The date has been set for the trial of a Co Wicklow man charged with the murder of a nurse in Dublin city centre in June this year.
Brian McBarron, with an address at Wintergarden Apartments, Pearse Street, Dublin 2 denies murdering Sara Neligan (31), at the apartments on June 14th.
The trial will begin on January 14th, 2008.
Ms Neligan, daughter of prominent heart surgeon Maurice Neligan, had been stabbed a number of times.
