• Specialised training for gardaí on youth issues
• More funding for youth- related activities
• Drug and alcohol awareness to be started in fourth class in primary school, but in a "child-appropriate" manner
Facilities for young people
• Child fares on transport and admission charges should apply to all of those under 18, and should be subsidised
• Opening hours of youth facilities should be extended and linked to different age groups
• Voting age should be lowered to 16
