A 16 year old was further remanded in custody at Tralee District Court yesterday until December 11th, charged with the murder of Ms Ann Marie Duffin at Curragraigue, Blennerville, Tralee, Co Kerry, on April 15th.
Insp Barry O'Rourke told Judge Humphrey Kelleher and Mr Michael Kelly, solicitor for the accused, that it is hoped to have the book of evidence ready in two months.
