HAVANA - Scientists in Cuba will inject human subjects with an experimental AIDS vaccine beginning in September. The vaccine, fashioned from a genetically engineered virus, will be injected in volunteers from the Centre of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, the director said yesterday.
