LONDON - Former Bosnian prime minister Mr Haris Silajdzic yesterday attacked Croatia for encroaching on his country's territory. Mr Silajdzic, who has formed a new political party to fight the September elections and will stand for president, forecast another war in Bosnia if its external borders were not secured.
