Sixteen-year-old treated for non-life threatening injuries in St James’s Hospital

A 16-year-old boy was injured in an assault in Crumlin in Dublin on Wednesday evening.

The assault occurred on Clonmacnoise Road in Crumlin, south Dublin shortly before 10pm.

Emergency services were called to the scene and the teenager was taken to St James’s Hospital in Dublin where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Gardaí at Sundrive Road station have appealed for witnesses.
