A new website containing short summaries of each judgment from the High Court, Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal has been set up by barrister Mark Tottenham.
These are posted within about 10 days of the judgment being released on the Courts Service website, and can be accessed at StareDecisisHibernia.com. Access is free.
