A new book on media law, Media Law Irelandby Andrea Martin, former in-house lawyer in RTÉ and now a consultant with Eugene F Collins, has just been published by Oaktree Press at €14.95.
It outlines the Irish legal system and covers topics such as defamation law, media regulation and privacy and data protection.
