FERGAL Lawler of Limerick band, The Cranberries, yesterday married a graduate of the Limerick School of Art and Design in Co Clare.

Mr Lawler (25), the group's drummer, from Quimpool, Parteen, Co Clare, and Ms Laurie Guerin (23), of Park Gardens, Corbally, Limerick, were married at St John's Church, Cratloe. The reception was held at Adare Manor, Co Limerick.

The groom and his groomsmen, who included his brother, Niall, and band member Noel Hogan, wore kilts. The bride designed her white satin and chiffon dress, assisted by Limerick designer, Ms Siobhan McNutt.

The couple will honeymoon in Ireland.
