London - A road rage killer flew to France by private helicopter with a briefcase full of cash the day after he knifed a man through the heart, it was alleged at the Old Bailey yesterday. Mr Kenneth Noye (52) was smiling after leaving Stephen Cameron (21) dying at his fiancee's feet on a bloodstained roadside, according to one witness, a Rolls-Royce driver.
Mr Cameron's wife-to-be - Danielle Cable - ran screaming hysterically for help after allegedly seeing Mr Noye brandishing a knife during a violent roadside "punch-up" over driving.
