An appeal by a building company, its director and his wife against a High Court refusal to quash orders directing the production of details of their bank accounts to the chairman of the planning tribunal will be heard by the Supreme Court next month. Yesterday counsel for Bovale Developments Ltd, Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin, and company director, Mr Michael Bailey, and his wife Teresa, of Killamonan House, The Ward, Co Dublin, applied for an early hearing date and also asked for a stay, pending that appeal, on the tribunal's orders directing discovery of their accounts.
