STUART, Florida - A court reporter who was jailed until she completed the transcripts of two 1993 pre trial hearings in the case of a convicted murderer on death row, won her freedom yesterday. Judge John Fennelly signed an order releasing Ms Lark Frantz (44) after she transcribed some 500 pages of court hearings.
