Mr Patrick Eugene Holland (58) was further remanded in custody yesterday by Kilmainham District Court. He has been charged with possession and supply of cannabis resin between October 1995 and September 1996.
Mr Jim Orange, for Mr Holland, said his client was willing to go forward to the Circuit Court on a plea of not guilty.
Mr Aonghus Dwane, for the State, said the Director of Public Prosecutions had elected for indictment on both charges. Judge Gillian Hussey remanded Mr Holland in custody to May 2nd.
