The High Court yesterday ordered a construction company to stop all work on a project in Dublin after the Health and Safety Authority claimed a large number of breaches of the safety regulations, including flimsy guard rails.

Mr Justice Geoghegan grant ed a prohibition order under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989. The order covers a large construction project at the Parkwest Business Park, Nangor Road. The company is P.J. Doherty Derry Ltd.
