The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, yesterday rejected a Limerick man's claims that the Family Law (Divorce Act) 1966 and the 15th Amendment of the Constitution Act 1995 - the divorce amendment - were unconstitutional. The actions had been brought by Mr Denis Riordan, of Clonconane, against the State.
