IN a report from the Dunnes Payments Tribunal in yesterday's editions, Mr Denis McCullough SC, counsel for the tribunal, was quoted as saying that Mr Haughey obtained the use and benefit of the monies held in confidential and anonymous Ansbacher accounts under the control of Mr Traynor and subsequently of "Mr Carty". This should have read "Mr Collery". The name was misheard by nor reporter.
