The Irish Tech Corps, which will coordinate a nationwide scheme with industry to provide computers for schools, was launched yesterday by the Taoiseach, Mr Bruton. It is estimated that 46,000 personal computers will be replaced by Irish industry every year and the corps hopes many of these will be channelled through them to be used in schools.
