London - In Britain the Director of Public Prosecutions called yesterday for a new offence of "corporate killing" after his office ruled out manslaughter charges over the Paddington rail crash. Thirty-one people died when a Thames train collided with a morning rush-hour Great Western express outside Paddington station last October. The public inquiry into the Paddington crash opens in London today.
