A former Dublin priest and member of the All Priests Show sentenced to 16 years for sexual abuse has lost an appeal against his conviction.

Tony Walsh (57) pleaded guilty in November 2010 to two counts of indecently assaulting a male in a Dublin church and to a further charge of indecently assaulting a male in a school.

The Court of Criminal Appeal rejected the appeal, having found issues raised on the credibility of one of the complainants had correctly been left to the jury to decide.
