Heel the world: Pat The Baker's going green for the next six weeks to promote climate change messages and ways people can lower their carbon number in conjunction with the website www.change.ie.

It has launched a €5,000 Bread Lottery which sees a lottery token replace the heel at one end of a half pan of bread – which is great except for the fact that we’re quite partial to the heels.
