Construction services group Siteserv today posted a pretax profit of €5.3 million on revenues of €44.91 million in its first reported financial year as a listed group.
The company, which was admitted to the Dublin and London exchanges in November, said it sees further progress in the year ahead with a favourable outlook in the non-residential sector.
But the company said it expects the operating environment in the residential sector to remain challenging.
For the nine months ended April 30th 2006, pretax profit was €0.6 million, on revenues of €3.5 million.
