The man died of natural causes and his head injuries were sustained subsequently, according to gardaí.

A post mortem on the body of Tommy King (50), was yesterday conducted by assistant state pathologist Dr Michael Curtis.

Mr King’s body was found shortly after 8am in about a foot of water in a ditch at Baile an tSléibhe, between Baile na hAbhann and Ros a Mhíl.
