The DAIL Committee on Members' Interests met yesterday to discuss the procedures for its investigation which will determine whether Mr Denis Foley breached the Ethics in Public Office Act.
The committee will be investigating whether Mr Foley breached the Ethics Act in September 1997 when he voted on a Dail motion relating to the Moriarty tribunal when at the time he had an Ansbacher account.
The investigation, is expected to begin later this month.
