BOGOTA - A newspaper editor was shot and killed in south west Colombia in a crime the nation's most senior general yesterday blamed on "narcoterrorism".
Gen Harold Bedoya, the armed forces chief and a cousin of the victim, promised to bring the killers to justice. It was the second murder of a journalist in a week.
