Judgment is to be given in the High Court on February 3rd in the action taken by British boxing promoter and manager Mr Barry Hearn against former world champion boxer Steve Collins. After a 25-day hearing which ended on November 28th, Mr Justice O'Sullivan reserved judgment.
Mr Hearn and his company, Matchroom Boxing Ltd, sued Mr Collins for alleged breach of contract. Mr Collins, of Pine House, Navan Road, Dublin, denied the claim.
