Gardaí have discovered cocaine valued at nearly €170,000 on waste ground in Co Clare.
The drugs were found hidden in three batches on disused land near the Newmarket-on-Fergus bypass last night.
Up to 30 gardaí, accompanied by the dog unit from Limerick, discovered the drugs after a tip-off.
No arrests were made.
