A 19-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his sister, 17-year-old Marguerite O'Dwyer in Co Clare on Monday.
Mr Patrick O'Dwyer was charged at a special sitting of Ennis District Court at 5 p.m. and was remanded in custody to St Patrick's Institution in Dublin.

The teenager was found dead in her family home in Ennistymon with severe head injuries yesterday afternoon.
The scene was sealed off for technical examination and a post mortem examination was being carried out by the state pathologist.
