It's not quite Ibiza, but Coastal Beats 2000 promises to be a wild weekend of dance music by the sea. A posse of Irish DJs, armed with buckets, spades and slipmats, has descended on the seaside town of Castlebar in County Mayo for this sunny festival of fun and frolics on the dancefloor.
