WASHINGTON - President Clinton will visit Poland and Romania after next month's NATO summit in Madrid, at which the western alliance will invite the first former communist Warsaw Pact states to join, the White House said yesterday. Mr Clinton has said he favours admitting the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary into NATO first.
