WASHINGTON - President Clinton flew to Mexico yesterday where he and an unusually prominent delegation will tackle bilateral issues including immigration and drug trafficking.

The Secretary of State, Ms Madeleine Albright was already in Mexico with Mrs Hillary Clinton and the National Security Adviser, Mr Sandy Berger. The US drug enforcement chief, Mr Barry McCaffrey and the Treasury Secretary, Mr Robert Rubin, are already there.
