An injunction granted to the Church of Scientology Mission of Dublin Ltd, to prevent protesting within 10 yards of its premises on Middle Abbey Street is to continue for a further four weeks, the High Court ruled yesterday. The temporary injunction was granted against Mr Damien Fortune and Mr Dermot Fortune. The case was adjourned for four weeks.
