A fire which damaged a Church Hall in north Belfast while a service was being conducted in an adjoining building is being treated as malicious.The fire at St Stephen's Church of Ireland parish hall at Millfield was spotted by a passer-by as last night's Sunday Service was taking place in the main church nearby.A police spokesman said the fire caused extensive damage to the roof of the building but nobody was injured.
