A man charged with the burglary of a house in Chapelizod on January 7th appeared in Kilmainham District Court yesterday.
Sgt David Buckley said Mr James Price jnr (20) of Croftwood Park, Ballyfermot, was on temporary release from Wheatfield prison for Christmas, but had failed to return on January 4th. Judge Gillian Hussey remanded him in custody to January 17th.
