A new Christian radio station for residents of Cork city, Life FM, has officially begun its service today.
Life FM, which will offer a music-driven service, signed a 10-year community of interest sound broadcasting contract with the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland last month.
The service hopes to reach groups across different nationalities, cultures and Christian backgrounds, broadcasting around the clock with live, pre-recorded and repeat programming.
