Paris - President Jacques Chirac has told the French Prime Minister, Mr Lionel Jospin, to report to him as soon as he returns tonight to France from the Middle East, the presidential spokeswoman said yesterday. Mr Jospin, in remarks in Jerusalem, created an uproar in the Arab world and at home by branding Hizbullah guerrilla attacks against Israel "terrorist".
