PLYMOUTH - Three youths were jointly accused yesterday of setting fire to a school complex which will cost £2.4 million to rebuild. The trio, aged 11, 15 and 16, were accused of the arson attack at adjoining Leigham infant and junior schools in Plymouth in April.

It will take over a year to replace the schools with permanent buildings.
