Childcare tax breaks sought

The provision of childcare facilities for working parents should be encouraged through tax incentives for industrial promotion agencies setting up new Industrial estates, according to Labour's candidate in Clare, Ms Bridin Twist. She also called on the Department of Health to introduce guidelines for childcare provision setting out minimum standards of education.
