Childcare `must be priority'

Childcare facilities and subsidies for childcare were among the measures yesterday called for by the Sinn Fein candidate in Dublin South Central Ms Martina Kenna. "As childcare has been identified as one of the biggest difficulties faced by women wanting to work or participate in public life, the provision of childcare facilities and subsidies for childcare must be a priority."
