Child's rapist is remanded on bail

A Dublin man who raped a 10 year old boy has been remanded on continuing bail to April 16th by the Central Criminal Court. Last October, the 20 year old accused, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty before Mr Justice Lavan to committing the offence between January and December 1991. Mr Erwan Mill Arden SC, defending, said a probation report on his client had not yet been furnished to the court and Mr Justice Lavan agreed to adjourn the case.
