THE HAGUE -The US and Russia must ratify the landmark Chemical Weapons Convention without delay, the chairman of the Hague-based commission overseeing the accord said yesterday.
"I strongly hope these two states ... would confirm their long-standing commitment to chemical disarmament by completing their ratification procedures," Mr Maria Buohara told, a news conference.
